His extensive legal experience includes serving as a prosecutor and as acting district attorney for Newton and Walton Counties, giving him an in-depth understanding of the Georgia criminal justice system. When he founded his solo practice in 1991, Mr. Millsaps became one of the few Georgia attorneys in private practice handling criminal cases exclusively. Since then, he has taken over 100 jury trials to verdict in courts across Georgia.
